“The Aspect of Being Ordinary, Normal, The Same”

Ouch… This is a word that defines certain aspects of my life… and I really don’t want any part of it. As I study my business heros of the modern day, I see everything but mediocre… average… and just ok. I want to stand apart in my family, spiritual life, business, health, talents, lifestyle. I want to be above average and set myself apart from the ordinary. I want to be the BEST father, BEST husband, BEST friend, BEST Son, BEST Brother, BEST Business Person. I want the vision to constantly be in front of me and I am constantly reaching for the goal. Allowing that vision to unfold as I work towards it with the greatest level of excellence that I possibly can.

Matthew 5:13 – Salt and Light

13 “You are the salt of the earth. But if the salt loses its saltiness, how can it be made salty again? It is no longer good for anything, except to be thrown out and trampled underfoot.

This makes me think of the properties of salt: Flavor, Healing, Cleaning… hundreds of other uses. I want to make sure that I keep that flavor and the full properties that I am created for.

What am I going to do to fix this??

  • It all starts with this blog… I have made a personal declaration that I am going to pursing my goals and tell the world how I do it.
  • Rising Early… I hate to think of how much time I have waisted sleeping. I recently did a study on sleep and I undertand it’s importance. I am going to limit myself to the 7-8 hours of sleep a day, rising early to workout or write.
  • Keep my body in an optimized physical condition
  • Not give up on my goals… pursue excellence.
  • See myself as who I was created to be.
  • Remember to rest in Gods timing but always being progressive on the vision.
  • Read Read Read
  • Keep my personal notebook up to date… writing is very important.
Keep it up everyone!!
